He was born and raised in Ramsey, near Cambridge, England. As a young man he received a dramatic and supernatural call from God to "Take My healing message and My healing power to the World."

Peter has earned BA, MA and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Presbyterian Faith Theological Seminary and a PhD in Pastoral Psychology from Canon University, Florida
