In the 1970s former rugby player BIll Ashurst was not only considered to be one of the best players around , He also had a reputation as one of the hardest men in the game, He was regularly sent off for fighting . He became the gentle giant that he is today when he met Jesus Christ. He has a real love for Jesus as his Lord and Saviour. His story is amazing.

Invite your family, neighbours and friends to hear an amazing testimony of how God moved in a mighty way in Bill's life.

TaskJesus meetings are great for keeping in touch with fellow brothers and sisters in Christ and for making new connections. Everyone is welcome if you have a lot of faith, some faith or no faith you will be made very welcome. It's wonderful to see so many people coming together from different churches from different towns.
The'res a fantastic free buffet provided each meeting by Paul, Lilly and Frank Walton so you can get fed spiritually and physically. The meetings tend to finish at 9.00 pm but people stay longer to pray for each other or just chat. It's a relaxed informal gathering and we would just love to see you there.

There's lively praise and worship music so you can , stand up and sing, dance or just sit and listen.

Are you interested in getting involved in this vital ministry? then come and join us for tea, coffee, and cake.

Volunteers from PrisonFellowship will be in attendance and will be sharing testimony and how you can get involved with volunteering in your local prison.

Prison Fellowship works through its volunteer members to support prisoners in a number of ways. Come and find out how we are standing alongside prisoners across England and Wales and how you can be part of this. As well as our valued programmes such as Sycamore Tree and Angel Tree, there may be a range of other opportunities to work with the prison chaplaincy. This might include helping with Sunday services, midweek Bible studies and administrative support.

All our welcome.

Matthew 25:36 (NIV)
36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’
